Senorial apartment that encompass what once were the noble floors of the palace.
Located between the 1st and 2nd floors of the building, the apartment has paintings of XVIII, original wooden beams of the XV century palace, and part of the walls pre-dating the XV century.
On the first floor, you will finde a charming hallway with historic walls, floors made of hydraulic tiles and a staircase through which you will be able to access the second floor
On this same floor, on the left wing, you will find a master bedroom with a King size bed, an antique wardrobe, natural parque floors, wooden beams and historic rammed earth walls. The room has access to a ensuite bathroom of natural slate stone with a rain-water ground level shower. On the opposite wing, the second doble bed room; with a queen size bed, natural parquet floor, Antique wardrobe and Street view.
The second floor comprises the historical noble floor. A space that encompasses high ceilings, wooden beams, and elegant sliding doors from the beginning of this century.
A living room with a dinning space and a modern kitchen with microcement floor, equipped with everything necessary. To welcome our clients, a Nespresso coffee machine, water and a bottle of wine can be found at the kitchen, courtesy of Apartments Downtown.
A second bathroom, with the same characteristics as the one previously described, with a big ground level rain-water shower.
The library room, with high ceilings embellished with historic paintings and a comfortable and wide sofá bed, has access to a balcony. From the second floor hallway, upstairs, you can find the mezzanine where another bedroom can be found with a comfortable double bed.

The area where the apartments are found is located in the central districts of the city. Nevertheless, it is a pedestrian quiet area, where the tranquility of our clients is ensured.

Directions
From the airport
Metro
There is a underground train station at the lower floor in the Valencia airport. YOu will have to take line 3 (towards Rafelbunyol) or line 5 (towards Maritim Serrería) all the way to the stop Angel Guimera. Once there, you can then take line 2 (towards Lliria) or line 1 (towards Bétera) to the stop Turia.
On your arrival, you may take a cab (Apartments Downtown Valencia is at an 8 minute car ride from Turia station). Another option is to take the bus line 95 at the stop Petxina-Ferran el Cátolic to the stop Blanqueria- Pare D’Orfens.
Taxi
Apartments Downtown Valencia puts at your disposal a transfer service to and from the airport, for groups of over 4 people. The address to indicate the cab driver is Plaza de Manises 1 (Palau de la Generalitat).
Bus
From the airport, you can take the bus line 150 up to the stop Avinguda Del Baró De Càrcer, 24.
If you are traveling by train
Valencia Joaquin Sorolla station (Calle de San Vicente Mártir, 171)
Take the bus line 11, at the stop Conca- Pérez Galdós, up to the stop Avenida de l’Oest- Roger de Flor.
Take the bus line 10, at the stop Albacete- Mestre Sosa, up to the stop Platza de l’Ajuntament- Barques.
Estación del Norte (Calle de Alicante, 25)
Take the bus line 5, at the stop Xativa-Institut, up to the stop Blanqueria- Pare d’Orfens.
Take the bus line 73, at the stop Xativa-Institut, up to the stop Carda–Moro Zeit
If you are traveling by car
The only posible entrance to the apartments is through Calle Salvador, all the way to la Almoina. Then, you turn right at Plaza de la Virgen, continue to Calle Serranos and keep going up to Calle Cobarrubias. *If you are driving, as we are located in a pedestrian area with reduced transit, you will have to indicate your license plate (and give us advance notice, if you require a parking space)

Check-in
Each guest will need to have an Identification Document, or Passport at the time of Check in, in accordance with current regulations
If your arrival time is different to our Check in time, please notify us in advance so we can welcome you properly.
Check-out
All children are welcome.
One child under 12 years is charged EUR 15 per night when using existing beds.
All further older children or adults are charged EUR 30 per night for extra beds.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
