Cozy apartment located on the second floor of the building (no elevator). This apartment consists of a cozy living room where we find a comfortable sofa bed, TV and dining table.
Modern kitchen open to the living room fully equipped with everything you need for your stay.
The apartment has two bedrooms with closets, one of them with a queen size bed and the other with a double bed with access to an outdoor balcony with table and two chairs.
Natural slate bathroom with a comfortable rain shower.
A space with high ceilings and original wooden beams combined with modernity and comfort, to make your stay as relaxing and endearing as possible.

The area where the apartments are found is located in the central districts of the city. Nevertheless, it is a pedestrian quiet area, where the tranquility of our clients is ensured.

Directions
From the airport
Metro
There is a underground train station at the lower floor in the Valencia airport. YOu will have to take line 3 (towards Rafelbunyol) or line 5 (towards Maritim Serrería) all the way to the stop Angel Guimera. Once there, you can then take line 2 (towards Lliria) or line 1 (towards Bétera) to the stop Turia.
On your arrival, you may take a cab (Apartments Downtown Valencia is at an 8 minute car ride from Turia station). Another option is to take the bus line 95 at the stop Petxina-Ferran el Cátolic to the stop Blanqueria- Pare D’Orfens.
Taxi
Apartments Downtown Valencia puts at your disposal a transfer service to and from the airport, for groups of over 4 people. The address to indicate the cab driver is Plaza de Manises 1 (Palau de la Generalitat).
Bus
From the airport, you can take the bus line 150 up to the stop Avinguda Del Baró De Càrcer, 24.
If you are traveling by train
Valencia Joaquin Sorolla station (Calle de San Vicente Mártir, 171)
Take the bus line 11, at the stop Conca- Pérez Galdós, up to the stop Avenida de l’Oest- Roger de Flor.
Take the bus line 10, at the stop Albacete- Mestre Sosa, up to the stop Platza de l’Ajuntament- Barques.
Estación del Norte (Calle de Alicante, 25)
Take the bus line 5, at the stop Xativa-Institut, up to the stop Blanqueria- Pare d’Orfens.
Take the bus line 73, at the stop Xativa-Institut, up to the stop Carda–Moro Zeit
If you are traveling by car
The only posible entrance to the apartments is through Calle Salvador, all the way to la Almoina. Then, you turn right at Plaza de la Virgen, continue to Calle Serranos and keep going up to Calle Cobarrubias. *If you are driving, as we are located in a pedestrian area with reduced transit, you will have to indicate your license plate (and give us advance notice, if you require a parking space)

Each guest will need to have an Identification Document, or Passport at the time of Check in, in accordance with current regulations
If your arrival time is different to our Check in time, please notify us in advance so we can welcome you properly.

Children of all ages can be accommodated.
Cribs and high chairs are available upon request to facilitate your stay in our apartments.
