Parking
As an additional service, apartments Downtown Valencia offers clients a parking spot to facilitate their stay. The fee per night is 20€. If you require of this service, it will be absolutely necessary to place a petition in advance. On your arrival, we will contact you to ease your access to the parking service.
*Please note that the apartments are located in the historic centre of the city, consequently the streets are narrow and mostly pedestrian.
Bikes Room
Apartments Downtown Valencia puts at your disposal access to an enclosed space where you can store your bicycles, baby cart or else. If you require of this service, please le tus know on the day of your arrival.

Transfer service
In order to guarantee as much as possible the confort of our clients, we can provide you with a taxi transfer service so that, if necessary, your collection when traveling to and from the airport can be arranged. The airport transfer service will have to be booked in advance and will only be available for groups of more than four people. For smaller groups, the most convenient and economic option will be to hire the public taxi service available at the airport.
Cleaning service
All of the apartments are lent with clean bedsheets and towels. For those staying with us for longer than a period of 4 days, there will be a throughout cleaning of the apartments as well as a change in bedsheets and towels. Apartments Downtown also offers a daily cleaning room service for additional charge

It is a great pleasure for us to help our guests discover and enjoy our city to it's fullest. Thus, we are always available to asses or advise our guests in anything necessary.
Locker service
Our clients have access to a space to store their luggage when necessary.
